At the age of 37 while pregnant with her second child, Diane was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer. She fought this disease with courage, grace and dignity. Her wish was to raise money to find a cure for Small Cell Lung Cancer. The memorial fund has provided more than $100,000 for lung cancer research at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. This year as in years past all funds raised from the walk will support research at CSHL.
